This young family loved their Webster Groves neighborhood and had no interest in leaving it. They were simply running out of room, and they had a water problem at the garage where a deck had been built overhead.

Building the addition over the garage solved both at once. The new structure resolved the water issue while creating the space the family needed, which is the kind of outcome that comes from looking at problems together rather than separately.

A dormer opened up one of the second floor bedrooms, and from there we built a two-story addition: a family room on the main floor connecting to the kitchen, and a primary suite above with generous storage, a spacious bathroom and bedroom, and a coffee bar for slow moving mornings.
