Webster Groves is full of homes with good bones and dated interiors, and this one had reached the point where the finishes no longer matched the house.

The project covered three bathrooms and the kitchen, reworking each space to function better for the family while keeping the character of the home intact. New hardwood flooring was laid throughout, tying the renovated rooms back to the rest of the house so nothing reads as an addition to the original.

Taking on several spaces at once meant the materials and detailing could be considered together rather than room by room. The result is a home that feels renewed rather than patched, with each space belonging to the same house.
